We obtain our sunflower seeds exclusively from food certified partners within the European Union. The quality management system of our production meets the highest standards of product quality, food safety and occupational safety. Our production is being certified according to FSSC 22000 of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).

Gentle production pays off

The production process is particularly gentle and operates at much lower temperatures than what is usual in the industry. This means that the valuable proteins are not denatured and remain native to achieve the best possible functional and sensory properties. In particular, Sunbloom Sunflower Protein has an excellent flavour profile and a light colour – a huge advantage over many other plant proteins.
